- Nerikiri - is a type of wagashi that is made out of sweetened white bean paste and glutinous rice flower

- Daifuku - Mochi with a fillings

- Warabimochi - is a wagashi (Japanese confection) made from warabiko (bracken starch) and covered or dipped in kinako (sweet toasted soybean flour)

- Rakugan are traditional Japanese sweets prepared in many different colors and shapes reflecting seasonal, holiday, or regional themes.

- Dango is a Japanese dumpling made with regular rice flour and glutinous rice flour. 

- Manjū - is a traditional Japanese confection. Most have an outside made from flour, rice powder, kudzu, and buckwheat, and a filling of anko (red bean paste),
